Several weeks ago, a young girl started at me for the longest time. I kept looking over and she was still focused. I then winked at her. She started cranking her window down, so I did too. She said, "F-U!" My response to that was, "You wouldn't like it. I'd just lay there and periodically ask you, Are you done yet?" She looked away and rolled her window back up.

Hahaha.

I periodically see people, whether guys or girls, looking at my car, when I took it to a self car wash, I girl( looked in her late teens) and her dad were staring at my car. Then driving to a movie with a friend, we saw another girl(probably in her 20's) looking at us.

In my case, they're probably wondering... Why does an old long-haired and wooly looking dude drive a 5.0? Truthfully, I agree that they're probably looking at the car more than the driver.

Yeah, I agree, probably the car more than the driver. Although, when I was going to the movies, the girl was looking at us more than the car. Some if them I'm sure are thinking, how did he get that 5.0?

Half of em don't know what the 5.0 means...
The truth is, if you've got a visually loud car, they'll look, and they'll be jealous.
Doesn't matter if it's a v6, GT, boss, or Shelby
Most people don't know better.

That's probably true, they just see a nice mustang. Even more heads are gonna turn when I get my RTR exhaust.

It's a great low deep rumble, the loudness comes from how deep it is, I've heard that it gets quieter above 4K RPM's, which isn't a big deal for me, I rarely get up that high.

It sounds great in videos, I've seen startup and acceleration videos, and reviews.

I usually drive city but I do notice heads turn. The day I got it (when it was stock) there was a guy in a few cars over whose eyes were glued to the car.

Once some teenagers were crossing the street when I was at a light, they were all staring as they walked by, so I gave it a 3k rev and they all started clapping.

Yesterday i went to chipotle, and as i was getting back in the car, a group of 4 or so teens came walking out, as my car was idling. One of them stared at the car, while walking, right up until the point he ran into his buddy in front of him, that had stopped to get into their car. Lolz. Then again. I'm guilty of this too. At the laundromat, i heard a new edge fire up, and DEM CAMS THO. I literally sat there, staring and listening, until he pulled out of the lot. Then i wiped the drool away. I'm more flattered, than weirded out.

Your Mach is an eyecatcher too. Hard to avoid noticing that bright yellow. Of course, the exhaust gets my attention as well.

I'm fairly meticulous when it comes to my car's cleanliness, although I don't wax it as often as I'd like to. Rheumatoid arthritis in my shoulders and hands keep me from doing some of the things I need to keep up with. But, the GT is good so far. I cleaned the inside of the wheels and wiped the wheel wells and bottom of both rocker mouldings down a few days ago. She'll be getting a good wash and detailing after this weekend rain and wind dies down. I need a few dry days to continue testing the shifter bracket and tranny mount insert. No gear misses at all, so far. Some local guy that drives a silver or grey Chrysler Crossfire tried toying with me on Elm recently. Embarrassment is in his future, I'm afraid.

The other day I was coming out of the store and I see this girl tying to get her little boy (about 3-4yo) to get in her SUV. No matter what she did he would not get in the vehicle, he stood and pointed at my car saying "mustang mom! MUSTANG!" I got in the stang and cranked her over, he then smiled and got into the car. Made my day!
