It's just another person like anyone else. A father,mother,brother,sister.......they are all people. I don't really care about them as much as the next guy but it matters if they are someone who has influenced a generation. Willie........Ozzy........ect.

Its not that i dont care that they died, its how they shuffled off this mortal coil.
Tired of the celebrations of an actor/actress/musician that "tragically" died of a drug overdose. FFS you people are lovingly looked at by millions, and like it or not that makes you a role model. How many times have we watched the antics of Hilton/Lohan/Cyrus etc...and have been predicting a wheels-off death at their own stupid hands? If we can see it, how do ya think the far more impressionable kids do?

Jeebus, get your effing S together. Happens to us "regular folk" all the time. If you're an everyday Joe, then you're a statistic. If you're celebrity, out comes the "tragedy".

I saw Paris Hilton call Mandela MLK on twitter. I think it was "RIP your "I Had A Dream" speech was so inspirational."

I don't mind anyone publicly and respectfully recognizing, posting about or televising the death of someone, famous or otherwise. Where I draw the line is, when public outcries, mourning and the meticulous outlining of the person's life is repetitively plastered all over the news for days and weeks or longer.

Lol. Well pull up a chair.

People act like they were personally touched by celebrities. Celebrities act like we should care about their opinion.

All they are is a group of overpaid losers who couldn't work a real job.

Exactly. I wouldn't mind if they would show some real history on the African terrorist though.

Ok...? At least i'm content that it's not coming directly from me.

Btw, why don't people yell at the celebrities to share the wealth? They're part of the 1% too.

Him buying a $10,000 ring is like me buying a Coke for a homeless guy on the corner.

I volunteer my time to help, how about you? Giving money is a cop out imo.

Personal attacks need to be left out of this discussion. Only people losing the discussion resort to such tactics.

Personal attacks? Yea because you haven't been personally attacking everyone who is ACTUALLY A BIT upset over the death of another human being...what is the difference between someone verbally attacking someone, or essentially trying to put someone down for mourning another person?

If you care that much about the military than sign your *** up and leave already!

Were all VERY thankful for our military and the sacrifice they make everyday for us.

Does that mean we should care any LESS about another person dying? No it doesn't.

I'm sure all these people would care if a member of our military does they just don't tell is their names or anything.
