I like Junior too but he just can't seem to get it together to make a run for the championship.

I have ZERO faith in Roush but I do like the Penske team.

It might if it does not catch Fire and all the recalls have been done before they get to the line.

Boy has GM going down hill. I will take any of the Fords #3 means nothing to me.

I know he drives a Toyota but hey, he's from Wisconsin. Matt Kenseth! Also love watching him outperform his teammate, Kyle Busch.

I hope Logano wins!! Been a big fan since I met him a couple years ago at Bristol. Really nice guy, talked to me for a long time about my racing career. As for the #3 Austin Dillon I heard he's really stuck up.

In all fairness that fire on the Chevrolet pace car wasnt a Chevy problem it was a electrical problem with whoever hooked up the lights on top of the car, or so they said.

I cant pull for Toyota but I like Kenseth, it got smart and left Roush. Roush in Nascar is a joke and ruins alot of drivers careers if you ask me.

Well, I tend to agree. I am a huge Mark Martin fan. He was my guy. I think Roush hurt him when he pulled Jimmy Finnig (another Wisconsinite) and the rest of his crew and gave them to Kurt Busch. He was doing so well back then. He should have just left things alone. It seems like every year there is one team Roush gets behind and forgets the others. Or I could just be all wrong, but that's the way I see it.

Looks like the Toyota's might own the whole weekend, they won the other night with Kenseth, won the nationwide race and then won the truck race last night

Im defintely not a Chevy man but since Ford wont step it up I will pull for a Chevrolet.

Yep, he had a long drought; glad he won it.

I wish Jr. could work out a deal with Richard Childress to trade his number #88 for the number #3.

#3 belongs to the Earnhardt family IMO.

It used to not be that way...years ago (80's and earlier), they let the drivers "drive"; no restricter plates, "love taps" to move aside, and more. Good old Rusty Wallace began to petition the NASCAR rules committee to get the speeds down (he said they were all dads, and had wives and kids), and that it was getting too dangerous "out there". I always felt that you chose to be a race car driver, and these things came with the chosen sport

Now we have bunched up cars instead of them spread out. When one car spins, it takes out several. And this is safer?

It is kind of boring with these new rules. I find myself watching the first 10 to 20 laps, falling asleep, then waking up for the last 8 or ten laps, when I even watch it at all now.

Those used to be real factory cars to start back in the day also. Now there is nothing stock about them. I'm not saying that because I am justifying slowing them down for safety, I'm saying it because I miss those old days. That's when you could really tell what kind of cars they were, and the fans could really relate to the cars parked in their garage.
