Just an FYI

Over a year ago I saw where people had been using garage door sealent as a chin spoiler. As silly as it sounds this stuff looks good on a TERMI bumper. And is a great alternative to having to pay 300 for a chin lip.If you run a gt bumper please buy a Mach 1 chin lip.

If you decide to go this route for your termi bumper.....TAKE YOUR TIME and do it right. What I did was tape and screw it to my bumper. Use self tapping screws. Have a buddy or use tape to hold it in perfect position as you screw it in. Do it in sections not all at once

the sealent is actually very flexible and soft, so speed bumps and scraping will not mess up it up like other chin lips. Mine looks just as it did as when I installed it over a year ago. And I'm lowered 2 inches.

I bOught mine from Home Depot. Here are some pics of my bumper with the garage door sealent on it. IMO it looks just as good as the official chin lip.

Lol it doesn't bother me. I joke around with it a lot. But I saved 340 dollars and people wouldn't/don't even notice it unless I call it out. If I had my gt bumper then deff I would have an actual chin spoiler on it. But 360 dollars is outrageous. And I think this is a good alternative

I think it looks good DRM.
You're right! I would never notice the difference.

I can't have a chin spoiler on my car...

I have a LONG history of knocking them off of the car (Not always mine!) when pulling into parking spots that have a curb.
The material that you used would actually be ideal for me, but, as you said, not on a GT bumper...

It's just the 3/4 inch that it came lowered from the factory plus whatever it has sagged over the past 13 years.
I look at the spoilers on Soccerluvr4's and Bullitt1075's cars and think to myself, "Nope. That won't last a month on my car".

If u end up giving it a shot be very very cautious and make sure everything lines up perfect. If no one is there to help you hold it up I found that tape helps a ton
