Smoking weed is just as bad

You really don't have to smoke weed, It can be used in a cake, Brownies, Cookies, or some other fun thing to eat.

I honestly don't use the e-cig very much. If I happen to see it I'll take a drag. Otherwise I'm really not craving it. Probably due to it's lack of nicotine. Either way, the e-cig isn't going to be something I use very much longer I don't think. Just no real need for it

Anyone else put on a little weight since you quit smoking. My pants feel a little tighter (the waist, not the front). This beer may not be helping.

It's called the addictive weight gain. You switch from one addiction to another. You will regain control as soon as you realize that you gain the weight and it sucks.

Well I am 3 or 4 weeks in. Was at a work conference all week with evening cocktail parties and made it through that so feeling really good. I have gained 7 lbs but allot of that is that during the conferences I eat like crap, drink allot and get no time for my workouts. Hoping I should be back to my usual weight within a week or so.

Everyone keep it up. Does get easier

Very good

I think you made it. But always remember this>>> Smoke one and you will be back to full time smoking.

At just over 1 month now having quit smoking. Honestly don't crave them that much anymore. Did have a dream a couple nights ago that I bought a carton. Weird since I didn't even buy cartons as a smoker. Put on about 10-15 pounds initially have since lost a couple pounds. Not addictive eating anymore. Also losing the extreme temper I had initially. I was an irritable person for a while. All in all happy to be a non smoker and plan to keep it that way for long time.
