Who are my lawyer/insurance agents out there

I've got some questions about some issues I've been having and what to get the real deal about what I can do. Back story. I was t boned in October my car was in the shop for almost 4 months, it has been back 3 times and is there currently. Is there some kind of lemon rule, or reparative repair issue or something a long those lines I can use in my own defense? They have told me 4 times now that the car is perfect and like new... It's a 2012 Shelby with 14k miles on it, not like its some clunker. Thanks in advance.

What state do you live in? That could have some bearing on your rights and on the insurance contract.

In my honest opinion, growing up around a dealership my whole life and being and seeing different accidents it should have been totaled.. The insurance company decided to rebuild instead of giving me a check

I'm not licensed there so can't help you, that is a local law issue (I'm a Michigan attorney)

Where is the shop that did the work? What state is your insurance from (did you get it in Michigan and continue it, or did you get a new policy in Arizona and was that the policy in effect at the time of the accident?)

It's all Arizona. But hypothetically let's say it all was in Michigan. What would be if I had any options?

Your not giving us enough information.
1) Why has it been back for three times?
2) What did they fix and what do you think is wrong with it?
3) Any injuries from the accident?
4) Do you have No Fault Insurance in Arizona?
5) Did the shop where your car is at, do the actual repair work?
6) Do you have more than one shop in the area? Did you take it to a second shop for another opinion?

1) Rear axel was repaired, lower control arm came lose, rear caliper was leaking, and now there a whirling noise and they can't find the origin and are currently taking the whole rear end apart again.
2) they said they fixed the entire rear end, I feel like they fixed the housing and didn't check all the internals.
3) no injury
4) we are a fault state
5) yes they worked along with the ford dealership they are connect to
6) no they has it the entire time, my thinking was someone working directly with ford was the best choice.

Sounds like they are bending over backwards to fix your car. You may have been hit hard enough that some parts weren't completely broken.

Have you spoken with the Ford Area Representative yet?
