Pentaly for being distracted?

Always wondered what would happen if you had your windows tinted and were jammin out to music really loud and have lovers and didn't notice the blue lights behind you during the day I find myself at times during the day looking behind me and saying a cop could have been following for miles and I would have never noticed

They would probably think you were resisting and they would eventually call for more backup if you don't stop in a reasonable amount of time lol

You have the right not to stop in a neighborhood if you feel the area is dangerous.

Well... I don't know where you learned how to drive but you should check your mirrors and blind zones 2 or 3 times a minute. I do drive a commercial truck and trailer, but really you need to pay attention. Not trying to hate... Btw I used to have a 5000 watt system 2 12" and 3 10" but I lived in northern michigan at the time. Now I don't like the weight but miss the the bass hit.

Haha yeah I mean I don't drive bad it's just I drive on a long sorta backroad highway during rush hour and stay in my lane for a good 20-30 minutes without changing I pay attention to what's in front and the right of me but behind me I don't check as much I guess I should more often

I think they call that distracted driving and you get a citation of some kind.

Listening to your music at a volume that would drown out the sound of police sirens is illegal. Lol But that's one of those laws that just isn't enforced often.

Agreed. Distracted and driving do not go together.

Incorrect. You can continue to find a PHYSICALLY safe area to park in reference to pulling over on a shoulderless road or busy highway with a small shoulder, etc. Has zero to do with neighborhood.

And, trust me, if you don't pull over right away, don't expect to get off with a warning. Lol while it is legal not to pull right over, there are very few situations that would warrant not immediately pulling over.
