help me choose a new pair of shoes (any sneakerheads here?)

I need to get a new pair of shoes and want to get something that looks conservative and tasteful but also head turning

was looking at these:

Men's Air Jordan 1 Low Basketball Shoes*| Finish Line | Cool Grey/White/Cool Grey

I wear a size 9 and this is one of the few I found that they have in my size. I like the grey because I feel they would go with any outfit.

Never been a fan of Jordans. At least the ones you are looking at aren't $300. I don't understand why people get expensive shoes.

Why are air force 1s so popular? They seem so plain and just all white I would think hard as hell keep clean!
