Thieves I tell you!!

So I went out for a night on the town Friday for the first time in Colorado Springs. Parked my car in a parking garage so I thought it was good. Well today I went to was my car and I sprayed it down first to get the major dirt off. Well I get in my car and I see water where my driver aide cobra jet louver was. I've wash my car many times after installing them and I did a extensive leak test when I installed them. Well this on was leaking. So I inspected it closely and it looks like someone tried to pry it off the car. As I inspected it I noticed the cracked it and I guess gave up after that happened. So now I'm in the process of putting my stock windows back on. I had the only mustang in the area with them. I guess it attracted the wrong attention. I'm beyond pissed right now because a lot of time and money went into that one unique mod.

The thing my dad always taught me growing up was to never park in a parking garage if it can be avoided. He would walk an extra quarter mile just to not park in one.

Wow. That is unbelievable. If they even knew what they were they would have known there was no way they were going to get them off easily. Did they eff up your paint? I'm assuming they used some sort of crude tool in their lame attempt at being a criminal.

My paint has some scuffs on it where they tried. I'm going to prime the area and use touch up paint. When I'm back from deployment I'll take it to a shop to get fixed.

Right after I put on my GT500 spoiler and new wheels and tires. I would have been done with exterior mods Monday after my racing stripes were installed. Now I have to decide on louvers again. But I'm going to get my suspension done first.
