I prefer the pump vs the energy.

They have a few out that are literally crack in a bottle. Just not my cup of tea.
Stimul8 is one of them. Fu!ck that stuff.

When I was 16 is when I started hitting it hard.

At 16 I was 140
At 17 I hit 175 at about 5% BF
At 18 stayed about that weight 175-180
Started partying again after that fell off for a good 3 years.
Started hitting it again about 21-22
Around 24 I was 195
25 to now. I was sitting at 232 recently. And dropped from that to what I am now in about 2 weeks.

Goal weight is 260-270 at 10% or less

Then we had our first son and opened a business and stopped for 2 years. I wish I had more time to dedicate to it again. I try to get 4 days a week right now. Have another baby coming in 4 weeks so that's gonna throw a wrench in it.

I plan on it. Going to completely reevaluate a bunch of stuff.

I hear you on that. The kids definitely change the routine up lol.
And I plan on getting to that size maybe 2-3 years from now it can happen.
Up till 2 months ago I have been running my dads company, decided to leave. Now just deciding on what I am going to start doing. Maybe I will be able to start eating 6-7 times a day again.
And 4 days is all you need honestly.

Congratulations on the new addition coming.
I have 2 myself

Not asking u what happened cause it's not my business but working with family is tough. I've tried that before and it hurt my relationship with my brother. Anything I do I do it by myself. Like I said before if u come to pa we should open a speed shop....and a gym. Haha

Lol heck yea.
A gym is definitely on my to do list one day. I would like a supplement store b4 the gym though. I have priced out the whole gym thing and it's hard to make money. After all the monthly expenses. I believe you would need a chain of them.

Now the supplement store is something I plan on 100% I worked at one when I was 16-18.
Learned a lot about that side of the business then. Nothing along the lines of crap GNC lol.
Something with real products that work vs "if you take this test booster you will gain 15lbs" and "this whey right here, stuff is the *****" none of that lying to make a sell crap.

U know what's big money making ?! Selling **** over seas. My cousin would by stuff here in the states and sell it in Sicily. If ur asking why Sicily is because that's where I was born. They pay top dollar cause there's things that they can't get over there. If h did open a supplement business it would be very profitable for u to take that route.

The gym side of it would be after I had already established a good solid ground with the supplement store.
Gym would be strictly just be I love it. I don't see it as a $ maker or investment IMO.
Now if your building is already paid for (renting a commercial piece of property like that is unbelievably priced ) then things could be different. But monthly rent, all other utilities, employees, insurance. It makes a dent. Say you have a 100 members $15-20 a person. Not much.
This is why I believe you need a chain and building to be paid off.

Ok so for the average layman beginner. Best starter pre and basic workout supplement(s) and recovery that don't suck? I'm not trying to get anyone to give me some sort of personal nutrition plan or anything but I'm completely ignorant as to what works and what doesn't.

Bro there's more to it than just membership. There's so many classes that ppl pay extra for. Spin class, Pilates , cross fit. Etc. that's a sep membership in itself on top of regular membership. There's daycare the possibilities are endless. It's def a moneymaker

This is what I recommend

*protein- whey (optimum nutrition)
* protein - casein (optimum nutrition)
* multi vitamin ( optimum nutrition)
* test booster ( double dragon pharmaceuticals, tst750 )
* liver care (CTD's liver armor)
* BCA's ( SNI's 2:1:1 ratio )
* creative ( optimum nutrition)
* ZMA - ( optimum nutrition)
Fish oil is snake oil
Same with glutamine is crap

A good fat burner is from JYM its called "shred"

And I can do the nutrition plan also. I have a few that I have setup and work perfectly. No measurements of meat portions ect, Though just a flat out diet.

That view could change by the time i get to do it.
The equipment side of it is fairly cheap honestly. My dad has a full gym in his house. From free weighs. Actual cable rack machine, bench, Leg press. Hack squat m, standing calf machine. Squat rack. If you can think it. Chances are it's there.
He got a dam good price on all of it.

We will see, my problem is I get impatient been trying to learn how to slow down and take it 1 step at a time lol.

I started out with Muscle Pharm "Assault". Worked fairly well for never using any pre workout before. C4 when i first started using it definitely pumped me up and made my skin crawl, but i got used to it before the end of the tub (30 serving).

People do react differently to different pre workouts, so what works for some doesn't for others, and vice versa.

I used C4 as well. Made my skin like... itch... and get real hot and it did work but I got used to it very quickly. Didn't work as well as the no xplode either... I think the stuff they made in the late 2000s must have had some different stuff in it.
