Elliptical, tire flip, rowing machine, stationary bike, stair master, etc. Don't pay the extra $$$ for crossfit unless you just want to try it out. I know around here crossfit is like an extra $100 per month.

I would do 45-50 minutes! I did that 5 times a week before summer with a diet a dropped 20 lbs in two months . Ellipticals are great and save your joints. Which is why I turn to them in winter to reduce impact related cardio!
Enjoy it!

He probably spent at least twice as much time lifting as well.

Your going to burn muscle regardless when your cutting. How much depends on your diet

^^ this.

You're going to lose some muscle, excluding those rare times some actually gain a little bit, but these are usually beginners. How much you lose largely depends on diet and what your caloric deficit is, generally the higher the deficit the more muscle you will lose. Losing weight slowly (assuming you're not obese) will allow you to minimize muscle loss.

They are, it's just synthol. Apparently, it's somewhat popular in South America. What kills me is the Zyzz shirt he has on, just hilarious.

To that extreme though? I've heard of some bodybuilders using it mildly, in comparison to those extremes above, mainly to even out and be more symmetrical.
