Trying to "Get Swoll"

Anyone a gym rat or have a routine they want to post or share? I'm getting back into going to the gym regularly now that I've been cleared for full workouts finally and I've got my old basic stuff but I've never really been religious about going to the gym except times I've been deployed.

Would love to see what everyone else is doing and maybe get some ideas.

Key is changing it up every 2-3 weeks. Your body adjust quickly
Right now
Monday -legs
Tuesday - chest/ tricep
Wed- back/ bicep
Thur- legs
Friday - shoulders/triceps
Sat- off
Sun - off
Changes every 2-3 weeks.
Main thing is eating though.
And proper supplements imo, but if your not eating right then everything above is a waste.
If your trying to add mass you will put on fat, just going to happen.
If your trying to lean out then this is where diet has to be followed to a "T"

I can get a lot more specific, just have to say what you want.

Also make sure to post gym selfies daily. It is proven that if you don't take a mirror picture at the gym you will not have gains.

Lol, don't forget to post on facebook in between sets.

For me, trying to drop 20-30lbs and just get stronger to how I was before this whole shenanigan with my knee happened, then will take it from there. Have cut out junk foods and almost totally cut out alcohol. Mixing in running 2-3 times a week with lifting M/W/F right now. Will definitely look to change it up in a month or two.

What i do instead of having a specific muscle on a certain day. I basically have a list i go in order of. Legs, chest, shoulders, back, arms, lats/traps, abs..... So i don't have specific days dedicated, but i run through the entire list before continuing the next muscle. So the 7 focus groups plus a day or two of off, puts me around 9 days for all of it. My rest day is usually at the end of the full list, so then after that i can change the order to something like back, chest, legs, shoulders, abs, lats/traps. When i do change it up i usually make sure there is at least a 3 day window from the last time i did that muscle. That way my body doesn't adjust.

Albiet i've only really been in it since March so i'm still getting it down myself. But its been working pretty well for me so far....

And yeah, eating is important. I drastically changed the way i ate when i started working out and it really helped....... But now college starting again and living in an apartment with limited food, i am not able to eat like i would like when i was at home during summer.

College/dorm life nutrition... ugh... Buy a rice cooker and a forman grill.

As for me, yeah cutting out junk and drinking a lot of water has helped and just made me feel better overall. Supplement wise right now its just a multi vitamin, protein, fish oil and I'm probably going to get a big thing of no xplode too.

Just really trying to find a good routine to get into as far as exercises for each body part and start doing them.

Proper diet and water. If you want, you can borrow my husky and chase her around a yard. You'll get legs of steel.

Genes!!!! A lot of the things that were said are true. Switching things up will schlock the muscles and tear them up. I want as much blood flowing through ur veins as possible to get that pump. U also have to have good genes. I know ppl that worked out for years and some things don't grow for them. I naturally have wide back so my lats look like wings. And my chest and shoulders r thick. My arms are decent but that's one thing that I wish would get more size.

Also if ur trying to lose weight cut out salts and sugars. The toughest thing to do but if u can do that u will lose weight fast.

Heh, I actually run with my 175lb Irish Wolfhound. I go through intersections and literally stop traffic because ppl never see a dog as big as him. If I need to chase a dog around a yard, I have my Ibizan Hound lol.

Only thing I cheat on sugar wise is in the coffee, I probably should get some sweet and low tho... Salt... I have cut out a lot of processed stuff. I could do better though.

No explode sucks.
Not many good preworkouts out now.

Boston loyd's freak juice is good.
Bullnox is somewhat ok.
Really hard to find one that works now.

Well they may have changed it. I know that it was godlike for me 3 or 4 years ago but then there was probably some ingredient in it that some person thought would be great to take 4x the dose and had a heart attack and then sued and the FDA banned it.

I'll look into freak juice. Or I'll just not take anything and do a good workout regardless...

Really hard to find one that works now. There used to be better preworkouts available back in the day. Than again I don't think the fda was so involved with what was out in the market back then. There was some potent shiit. It would be out for like 6 months and get discontinued cause of the potency but then would come out with something else soon after.

Yep, the original Stacker 2 with ephedrine... you'd take one of them and run 6 miles or do some crazy workout. I dropped 30lbs in a month going into the military with that stuff but that was also probably an 18yr old metabolism too. Apparently one reason ephedrine was banned was because idiots were overdosing to try to lose weight faster or something and going into cardiac arrest. I say let Darwinism sort that out and bring it back for the rest of us who aren't stupid but w/e I guess.

Trying to "Get Swoll"

There is a few things that work better than ephedrine. It will mess with your natural throid production though so that is a downside

Nothing wrong with estrogen blockers.
You just don't want to cut out estrogen 100% that will cause problems also.
There is a few legit estrogen blockers that are legal still

I am no trainer or a pro but Rap is dead on here. Switching up key. I love pre-workout, not sure if helps gains or just energy to lift more but in a way same think. Recovery aminos help.

EAT Right, EAT right, EAT right. Right can be different for different goals but he sounds like knows better than me so post desires and you will get lots info. I personally am not going for huge, Just little bigger but trim. I like doing Mud Runs and such so I mix in a Plyometric (sp?) day every week or so. Burpies, run bleachers, sit ups, sprint, karaoke run, jumping lunges. Thats not gonna help lots with swoll though... just helps on the obstacles.

Last thing I think is big. Set a goal. A show, a mud run... some competition that really helps motivate when getting going.

I don't care for c4 or NO

98% of the ones you can buy from a supplement store are crap.

Boston loyd's is probably the best available and only one place to buy it.

I'm going to order some of Kali muscles and try it out.

Yes I will lol.
Hopefully it is good.
I have done his "due it at home" version with the coffee and soda.
( this is a prison thing he had people doing by the way lol )

It was nasty but worked. Then again I don't drink soda either so maybe that's why
