Reason why "NOT" to live in central Florida

You won't have enough time to do every car event

This is just a list of events for this week.

The 29th Annual Mid-Florida Mustang & Ford Round Up produced quite a “Gold” rush for TDMCC members and the day’s most coveted award too! Congratulations up first for David Samuel whose 1970 all original Boss 302 not only was awarded Gold but grabbed the Best of Show! Way to go David and well deserved! In addition, here’s a list of club members (as best we know of) that also took home Gold in this toughly judged show…George Haines, Dan Vogel, Mike McEvoy, Tom Keup, Ronnie Uzzo, Cliff Arata and Stephanie Magrich. Congrats to all of you for this great award! If we did not list your name, please let us know and we would be happy to acknowledge you in next week’s email.

→ What a week and weekend ahead! There are 9 car show events this Saturday alone in addition to all the Bike Week festivities getting underway. Something somewhere for everyone! With Bike Week rolling into town and thousands of motorcycles expected on our area roadways please exercise extra caution when driving around over the next couple of weeks! We hope that all our club members who also ride have a safe Bike Week as well and a whole lot of fun! If you want to get into some drag racing the NMRA event in Bradenton is this weekend too! We know of a couple of members who will be out there racing their hearts out and we wish them all the best, quick reaction times and awesome time slips!

→ Just a quick note to our valve cover racers…a reminder that this Saturday will again feature racing at the Daytona Flea Market show. Racing starts at 10:30a.m. and we want to thank Cliff, David and Johnny for getting our racing up and running again!

And to add to this topic, the Gator's baseball team (did I mention they are ranked #1?) have 3 home games this weekend.
Camper packed and ready to head out to Gainsville this weekend!

It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.
