I will never understand why people insist upon making their drifting "debut" in front of a crowd of people. For God's sake, keep the car pointed straight during a burnout! At least until you learn some car control!
And that dude that was frantically throwing those kids out of the path of the out of control, oncoming car should be ashamed of himself!!! Everyone standing out there, watching, knew of the potential danger. Just like people watching a street race, if anyone got hit, they would be just as much at fault as the guy driving the car, in my opinion... Except for those little kids. They should never have been there in the first place!

I'll bet that, after seeing the video, the driver regrets hopping out of the car and waving to the crowd.
Also, what was that guy flashing at the end of the video? Was he with the Car's and Coffee police or sumthin'?!?

If I were standing there on the curb where he wrecked having to throw my loved ones out of the way and he got out smiling like that, I would have knocked his teeth out.

Also, lets do our first burnout bouncing off the rev limiter and then the second it starts to step out slam on the brakes while turning.

Yeah, I'd have been pretty upset as well --- but it IS an idiotic thing to be standing there with your small child in the first place.......especially when a MUSTANG is leaving Cars and Coffee.
It just seems to be a theme going on nation wide with our 'Stangs and it is unfortunate that we are gaining this reputation -- well earned in this case however.

Our Mustang is much more expensive to insure than our Corvette was. All the grey hairs driving Corvettes drive better, I guess........they wreck them less for sure!

Every time I post a pic of my mustangs on facebook, there is always one of my friends who will comment "how many people did you run over". It's all in good fun though from my friends, but they have plenty of ammunition. But still, it's like a dang epidemic of dumbass drivers giving the rest of us a bad reputation.

Haha ... wth? Judging by how that car looked, I would say it's a good thing that one wrecked.
