I like 94-98s and 99+, but for the difference in HP if the price is close I would go for 99+ every time. Notice I did, and also GT. I also bought a 99 when I could have gotten a new 02 because I wanted a Convertable and didn't want to pay 30K for it.

lol fisher by the time youre 25, it wont be a sleeper, itll be sleeping. lol. jk.

brent dont go automatic, it makec slow cars even slower, trust me, i know. i have a tbird. itd be just as fast as a stang if it was manny. and btw, when i was looking for just 99+ i saw a 97 GT manual with 75K on it for 6500. it was yellow with cobra R's. it was clean, but that was when i hated the 94-98(still kinda boring to me) but the more i see this one, that some guy has done **** to, i start to wish i had a 98 4.6er, then i hear my turbo spool and i feel better.

krazypony, all stangs from 94-04 are sn95's, it's the body style not the chassis you are meaning.

i don't get what's with you guys, you seek out the slowest v6's you can find, auto 94-98's... now just remember to get the heavy convertibles when you're shopping!

Austin you have to remember there are a lot of people that dont like the 99+ body style as much as the 94-98 including me. And as can be testified I am not that slowand I have a auto!!!!!

It is a matter of choice and style

got the drop top down in my 5 point 0h, so my hair can blow /ice

i just don't get why 94-98's are popular. i never liked the blobby looking cars of the early-mid 90's. as for the auto/5spd... well, it's expensive to make an auto to go fast and to me it's just no fun. besides, every time i get in an auto i frantically mash the floor board trying to find the clutch and nearly wreck in the process of realizing i was being a goober.

stick with 94-98's they look so much better.

But that is way to expensive, and get a STICK! Even if u have to learn to drive a stick, you have to own a manual mustang.

***flame war***

well 94-98's fronts have all the graceful lines of an infiniti luxury car, which is dull and boring, and the rear is almost satisfactory, if you couldn't see the gas tank from behind.
