They can keep it. I am running Havoline Synthetic in my GT, seems to do very well. 5w30. K&N oil filter. Havoline is the least expensive synthetic oil I have found, less than 3 dollars a quart, I use it with the K&N filters and change at 5K miles, seems to be doing real well.

I actually ran Castrol in my V6, tried this Havoline in my truck and decided to use it in the GT. I have used regular Havoline in cars for years and have never heard anything bad about it, its Texacos brand name.

I used Fram Filters for years, I heard too many bad things about Fram recently to continue using them, and I figure I save enough on Havoline synthetic to afford the good filters. LOL I actually used to use Wix filters all the time, but for some reason they are hard to find around here now???

wix filters suck. my dad changed the oil in the ladys car. he drove it to her house and she called the next day. there was a big *** crack on the outside of it and all the oil came out. the outside was in perfect condition not even any paint taken off from putting it on. and there was a big crack.

Don't know, like I say, I used them a long time ago, I have not even seen them around here in a long time. I never had any problem with them.
