its free, go to sears and ask for the paper. Fill it out, and they send a card to ur house.

You get like 10% off and sometimes theirs sales to just the craftsman club memebrs the'll send a ad to ur house, and its like super cheap.

Yeah, I have been a Craftsman Club member for a while now, you don't get the discount on everything though, it has to be in the Craftsman club sale book, or that is what they have been telling me anyhow.
