If Kerhs, a level 30 Earth/Wind Theurgist in the MMORPG of Dark Age of Camelot has spent Skill 26 points in Earth, and 7 points in Cold, what has he spent in Wind and what remainder is remaining if all possible skills are added to the point that no more skills can be learned without advancing another level?

Clearly the relationship between Earth cold and wind is of an inverse logrithmic proportion when taking into account the remainder. So to satisfy the Dy/Dx=F(x'y')/ln(e^x"y") where x and y are Earth and Cold respectively, one can easily deduce that the amount spent in wind is in fact of an appropriate proportion to satisfy the requirements to reach a level 30. Of the remaining remainder, that may be carried over to advance the progress towards the level 31.

a car is traveling from an intersection north at 45mph. That car is currently 8 miles from the intersection. Another car is traveling east at 75mph, that car is currently 12 miles from the intersection. When car A is 15 miles from the intersection, and car B is 18 miles from the intersection... what is the rate in meters per second that the 2 cars are traveling aparat at?

assuming the cars are mustangs (3100lbs) they are traveling 19.55 m/s away from each other at 31 North of East (I hope)
