the stang is a 99+ GT, the shadow i think is a 90

both are 5-speeds, the GT was stock, and the shadow had the mods i listed above, im not sure if the car came intercooled from the factory though

Yeah, i got a friend that has a 1987 Chrysler conquest speed, BOV, exhaust and he upped the boost to 11psi, quick, not that quick, barely pulls away from me.

ehhh, conquest is a DSM more than it is a Turbo Dodge, the turbo dodges were built solely by chrysler, where DSM is chrysler and mister bishi

my 600se is running 11psi right now, im in need of exhaust though, this 2.25"-2"-1 7/8" has to go, going to run 3" all the way back, and once i get the car intercooled, im looking to run 18psi, along with other mods, cheaply in the high 13's

The Conquest is a rebadged Mitsubishi, not the same thing as the Shadow in any manner. I had a turbo minivan. I usually ran 12 psi of boost and the ricers used to defecate when I hammered them. Then one day I forgot to properly reattach the wastegate on my new, bigger, turbo and 20+ psi of boost hammered a rod bearing and wife said no more. So I gave it to another to continue on with it. I had anted to get a 2.5L 4 banger to replace the hammered 2.2, I had an intercooler all ready to go in and everything too.

My mini got the engine replaced at some point prior to my ownership. A 2.2 in a Voyager makes for crap non-boosted performance. So the plan was always to put a 2.5L back in it. But I had just spend cash on rebuilding my trans and sorting out all the other niggling issues so I could upgrade it, then I fragged the 2.2 and the wife said enough. Just an automatic, with a shift kit and a few other durability tricks.

that guys name is Paul Smith, theres a guy named Tom Mahon (passed away 2 years ago i believe) that actually had the first recognized turbo minivan, he had the thing deep in the 13's, and had spots in many magazines and whatnot, and he had his acclaim running 12's
