hmmm, is it a dual stage?

id like one with a dual stage setup that can be switched from the drivers seat. i think ill be going with the dejon tool mbc-2b that has a lower boost and a higher boost setting that can be switched from the drivers seat, so i can run low in 1st and 2nd, then hit the switch and bam more boost in 3rd.

nah its not a dual stage.

Profec B spec II is a badass electric boost controller for hte price (under 400). Electric boost controllers r just better then MBC no real way around it.

Better Turbo Response
Faster Spool Time
In Pit Change
Cuts Boost Spike DRASTICLY
Works much Better with a aftermarket Wastegate.

Im running 14PSI thru my wastegate then gonna peak it thru the Profec B to 18psi and hold it to around 17 to redline. With MBC on a better wastegate u just get terrible boost spikes and surge's which is no fun for daily driving and bad news if u boost out of ur Powerband.

yeah i like the profec b too, im just not gonna pay 400 for something that does the same as 130. just cause its more complicated to hook up. boost creep can be alleviated with a better exhaust, 02 housing, and wastegate. which is nothing i have to worry about with a t25, so ill be cool with a manual till i get a bigger turbo.

any EBC does much more and does it much better then a MBC. Boost Spike and partial boost MUST be tuned out by either the lines its run thru and the settings or thru the PCM/ECU itself. It cant be adjust by how the exhaust is setup? Ur thinking of how backpressure affects boost.
