I like polished because it doesn't show dirt as well. Chrome may look better when clean, but that's 'only in the moning' when you drive at all, and any amount of dirt or water splash up, it looks bad.

Who has time to polish the chrome every day?

With polished, you just spray it off.

Chrome doesnt loose its luster like polished will though, if you dont keep polished wheels polished they will eventually loose some of their shine. In my experience with my chrome wheels, whether you polish them or not they still shine the same, and all you have to do is hit em with water and most of the dirt will slide right off. 8)
