well you see AOL is very crappy and sucks thus it sucks so ..... i would not use it lol but in your case have you tried reinstaling it after uninstalling it totaly and rebooting, you can go ANYWHERE and grab like 10 discs, AOL cd's are everywhere you could probably just reach over to your left and grab a couple floating around in the air.

I too recommend uninstalling, then re-installing. If that doesn't work, and for some reason you want to continue using AOL, re-install windows. I did that on my ex girlfriend's computer and it worked, because un and re-installing AOL did not work. AOL truely is a POS

Ok, we'll maybe ya'll can solve my problem with AOL. Takes 5 or 6 times to get dialed up, then the AOL screen pops up and it stops. Try to sign onto AIM, no connection. Check my email, no connection. Then 5 minutes later AOL resets the connection.

How gay is that?

Dude thats so easy to fix

Go to Start > Settings > Add/Remove Programs > America Online X.X > Remove

Then run to your phone as fast as you can and catch up to the 21st century and call your cable or phone company and ask about hi speed internet :thumbs2:

This is so freaking true. Me and my brothers used to go to wallmart, blockbuster and publix and take as many AOL CDs as we could, then we would hang them from the trees in the backyard and shoot them with bbs and pellet guns. It was great for target practice

I have AOl at home and it sucks. I want DSL
