It's a nitrous purge. Zim has nitrous.

Can you do that without having to actually use the NX in your motor?

It's probably possible, but most likely a waste. I don't have nitrous, so I'm not too knowledgable about it.

oh okay, I might somewhere down the road want to get nitrous for the motor and get a purge so that it can come throught the holes in the front of my hood.

alright, don't take this the wrong way, but that is the most ridiculous reason I have ever heard to get nitrous. Nitrous makes you go fast. That's the primary reason it was ever attached to a car. I'm assuming you would actually use the nitrous in your engine, not just for looks. Please tell me I'm right.

Not to bash or anything.

i see what hes saying... with a purge its primary use is to clear any air from the nitrous lines so there is no delay when hitting the juice on the track. I just held the purge longer than is really necessary and thats what happens... lots of nitrous starts shootin out. Its a waste to actually do that, but i wanted the coolness factor for the video

Yea, if I ever got nitrous I would definitely use it in the engine first.

alright, good to know you wanted it for more than a purge. You just made it sound like you just wanted the purge.

FYI, this is what a nitrous install entails: http://www.mustang-forums.com/forums...hlight=nitrous

sorry for the highjack Zim...

I bought the hood from Jegs. It is made by Harwood. You might be able to find it online. It is black fiberglass.

zim didn't (doesn't?) have a bottle warmer, so it performed much less than it's capable of
