I can't believe that the people that name these storms and hurricanes let this slip by!

They so should have named Charlie Clyde.

Hmm... the family and I are contemplating a move from New England down to Florida.......

I was at Eglin AFB in the mid 90's for a couple of years, don't recall the hurricanes being that big of a deal - but then I wasn't a home owner.

OMG!! it is thundering so hard outside the whole building was shaking. I'm glad I did not park near a tree today (i never do) but those winds can make thos brnaches fly long distances. I just hope they close my place of employment tomorrow so I can stay in and have a hurricane party. it is going to take me a long time to get home today with all that rain

>>.... and I don't have an umbrella (like it would help) I am going to be soaked by the time I get to my car....ok i think I'm done...

Well, I did get soaked yesterday. Also I woke up at 2am to let the dogs in and put all my patio furniture in a safe place 'caus it was pouring and the winds where crazy. Charlie missed the Florida Keys and looks like its headed toward Tampa. We are probably get a lot of rain and strong winds but Tampa has it bad.

I get to go home early because of the storm. I am definitely not looking forward to all that rain and gusty winds, I am not boarding my windows or anything I donít think I need too, I just hope I donít get any flying branches or cats going through my window. I guess it is a blockbuster night. Pray for our friends in Tampa and surrounding areas. l8er
