Where to find these Bolts at?

I'm looking for a Grade 8 Bolt in size - 3/8" X 16 X 1 19/64"

its Bellhousing bolts...and has to order them? Any suggestions. The Bolt & Screw place doesn't carry them, neither does Auto Zone, Advance Auto, or any automotive place.

I go to ace hardware stores. They have the best selection of metric bolts and nuts
