69' camaro

there's a 69' camaro that sits by my highschool here in missouri...exterior is is good condidtion with a few exceptions, rusted out over the left rear tire, and the interior is pretty nice...minor wear....no rips, and dash isnt cracked....the actual owner is in prison for awhile and the guys brother has it in his yard....sat for bout 3 years....supposedly been told it has a 427 in it....just curious what kinda work would it take to get a car thats sat for awhile running again? even tho i love mustangs......if i could ever get that 69 camaro it would be pretty cool :pickle: :elephant:

Carb will probally have to be cleaned. Check the ignition, fuel pump, and probally have to break the engine loose.

What we had to do to the '67. It sat for 20 years. And the gas was still good.
