Price Drop???

Well I was wondering what you guys thought the price drop would be on a 2003/2004 mustang cobra in January 2005??? Like up to 23,000 to 27,000??? Because right now i see some for 27,000 with only 2 or 3K miles on it!!! So hopefully it will drop even more when the 2005 "rolls in" but I dunno, what you guys think and suggest I do.


And if your wondering how much i have down its only 5,000 and rising and i have like 2,000 left on my car i have now!!

I bet they would still be up there. Lowest I've ever seen a used go is for 25G.

I asked at a Ford dealership if the V6 and V8 used models would drop in price after the 05's come out. The guy said, "Uh.. I don't think they would they would stay the same." I kinda find it hard to believe, I told the guy the specs on the new cars and he had no clue what I was talking about.

I swear, it's pretty sad when the consumer knows more about a product than the person trying to sell it to you.

I'm pretty sure they'll drop in price, not sure how much more though I mean it's got 390 Horses..

Yea im basically looking for one in the 25-27,000 range!! With less than 10,000 miles on it!! I hope I can find one!!!

Lol I hope I do good in my first sem. at skool and my parents can buy me one!! Iv'e been asking for one for a while now, I kno why dont you buy one yourself but when your parents are all about skool and say "IF YOU DO GOOD IN SKOOL, WE WILL BUY YOU A COBRA". So what can I do right!!!

they will drop to the low 20's by 06, possibly in the high 18 range if youre lucky and its a private owner. the dealerships will rape you.

and ford knows nothing. when my freind worked as a salesman he kept telling me theyre bringing back the 5.0 and the v6 version is gonna be a 4.6L. i knew he was stupid as hell but 'the owner knows his **** about every car ever made. he has talked to caroll shelby personally and has called the big guy on numerous occasions. he knows what the specs will be and youre little ford sites are just spreading rumors"

if i got those grades, i think i would have had a cobra...because my average GPA was just barely 2.0

It's funnier when you hear a bunch of guys talking about a V10 '05 Cobra coming out in a few more months.

but it IS true that ford is working on the 351 V10 engine.
