cost isnt a issue ive been saving up for awhile to get some **** for my truck I was just wondering what other people thought. I have to get a urethane front bumper for that airdamn to bolt onto "doest not fit chrome bumper" but i was getting rid of the chrome bumper anyway. for ****s and giggles i painted my stock fog light valance black yesterday to see how it would turn out. good ol duplicolor bumper paint. if i can get batteries i'll take some pics. truck is dirty but chrome is shiney lol

found a bigger pic of cobra style hood,

that hood looks really good, looks like im gonna be dipping into new car fund i was trying to save for 3-4 years muahahahaha to bad it comes in a white clearcoat. I might eventually paint my truck black like that one instead of the hunter green it came in.

i think im gonna go with the cobra hood, might have a cowl molded into the middle one day like they have for the f150s an stuff not something huge just like a 1" or something. biggest problem is i cant find my paint code on the inside of my truck in the door area any1 else know where it might be, i could be looking at it and it just dont seem like a paint code.

comment about a ballsy engine got my brain thinking again, if i cant sell my truck for a stang in a few years, might look around junkyards an stuff for the 4.2 v6 that was in the f150's. my parents have it in theirs and that thing for bein a v6 in a big truck like that can move pretty damn well lol.

well ok i just like driving it cuz of the traction lok

im going with the cobra hood, hopefully ordering on monday when i get it i'll post pics

further down the road when i get stock tires put back on i might get some nice sized black wheels, bullets,machs or the 99 lightnings painted black.

i say just get yourself a 5.0 and do the swap it really isnt that hard. I know of 2 guys in my area that has done it and let me tell ya ive never seen a slammed ranger get completly sideways down the street while burning up the tires. Now thats a site

the thing about a 5.0 swap is that i cant find motor mounts for my year (98-00) and im not worried about raw power just something a lil bigger then the 3.0 and 4.0 will do me nice, and will still keep the pesky s10s and some ricers off my back. cuz 3.73 gears and trac lok are also on the to do list.
