stumped on what to buy

buy a new grill shroud for my truck last friday waiting on it to arrive. (getting rid of the chrome xlt grill)

im going to be buying the roush front air dam:

what hood should i get to go with it?

roush hoodscoop kit:

or

cobra style hood:

the scoop kit is 450ish cheaper but damn that cobra hood is sexy bout time they came out with that hood for rangers.

i was being sarcastic notice the :-p that didnt turn into a smiley lol

my only problem with the scoop is finding a bodyshop that can blend it in with the rest of the hood like in the picture so i dont have just the scoop on top the hood.

I like that Roush kit. I think it just flows so much better then the cobra style. and as some have said any half decent body shop person can do that job that really not that hard. Just look for someone that has a good rep. Theres gotta be someone in MD to do that for ya.

232stang I personally think you had that coming from him, he asks for opinions on matters at hand not "
you know what you should get instead of all that, A MUSTANGToday 04:08 PM
"
Thats just the same bs when someone from the V8 side says go buy a V8 dont stoop to that childish behavior its gay woot

Just the way you responded back to him is whats crappy. Should pick your words better when your "joking" towards people. Thats what all those smilies are all about man woot

I would get a ballsy engine in the truck before doing anything visual like that.. at least back up the looks.. not slamming the truck at all, I work on fords, rangers, etc - they're not bad, I just don't think they should (or ANY car for that matter) should look hopped up without having anything to back it up..
