EARTH QUAKE n indiana!!

Quote:
Shelbyville, September 12 - Buildings in Shelby County shook Sunday, but so far there are no reports of damage.

The calls to Shelby County's police dispatch came in by the dozen with reports of entire homes shaking.

The U.S. Geological Survey says the earthquake was centered about four miles northeast of the town of Fairland. It was felt across much of east central Indiana.

Patti Mitchell of Shelbyville says she heard a boom and everything on the walls started shaking.

Across town, Lone Barootjian was making breakfast when his house began shaking.

Officials in Shelby County say what little damage there is, is minor.

Alden Taylor is with the state's emergency management agency. He says this was not a major event, but it easily could have been.

Taylor adds that Sunday's earthquake should remind people that they do occur and you need to be prepared for them.

Emergency management officials say it's a good idea to have a three day supply of food and water in case of any natural disaster
yup, my sis felt it at her house, as well as my uncle.....
