Need for immediate planning for Oct 2

Does anyone have a fold up canopy????
Anyone have some fold up chairs????
I guess no one can make or get a banner Mustang Evolution.com?????
When is everyone going to get here?????
There will be food for sale but do we want to cook out????

Listen we are partners in this Event with UMC. We are sponsors of the V6 shootout. We need some MONEY or Working capital to put in for prizes. $100 to $200 would help with these cost. At the UMC meeting Saturday we decided to hand out either Money or a Trophy for 1st place in both V6 N/A and Power adder.

Brent would you try to contact some of our sponsors and see what they can donate!!!!

Please respond ASAP!!!!!!!

WHat kind of banner did you have in mind? I make one out of vinyl but I would need to know how long and how tall you would want the letters.

Hey Rob A banner 8 to 10 ft with letters about 8 " tall saying MUSTANG EVOLUTION.com would be nice.

We have been asked to help out with expensives for the cost of the trophys or payouts for the to classes of V6 shootout. Could I get anyone who is coming to donate 10 dollars to this cause!!!!!

Hey Jimmy how big is this tent ???? We just need something big enough to create some shade for us and display a banner. We also could use some flyers to promote Mustang Evolution.

OK, I'll make one. I'll make it 9 feet, right in the middle. Would you like it any special color? Also, do you have a piece of canvas we're going to stick this on to? And as for the $10, I'm going to assume you'd want the money ASAP. So.... do you want the money via paypal, would that work?

OK, will do. Any word about some canvas or something to make the banner? If not, I'll see if I can scrounge some up or something.

shouldnt the banner be MustangEvolution.com with no spaces so that its the correct url?

The tent is pretty big - its the tent used by csramotorsports.com for shade/banner displaying - i am guessing atleast 10' x 10'. I still gotta find out if we can use it though.

What does Brent think!! I would think white banner with blue or red lettering. I would think a space between Mustang and Evolution would be OK. Most internet users know there can be no space and if they dont they must drive Mullet mobiles.

you over cook my meat, and I'll be taking over your grill! I can't stand burnt food.

I think I'll just be buying some food at the meet.
