Shift bezel

So, with my exhaust I have managed to loosen a few of those screws(?) in the shift bezel and I was wondering what I can do to fix that, I have no idea what the bit is and no one else seems to either. Thanks in advance for the McHelp.

Re: Shift bezel

The shifter bezel that covers your shifer has no bolts to hold it on. It is held on by four metal clips. They tend to fall off when you take this piece off. I myself am missing two of them so mine also rattles. You can take this item off and check the 4 bolts on the shifter cover or the shifter itself. Once those are all tight you can try to find a shift bezel at a junk yard and borrow the little metal clips for your shifter bezel. That should hold it down fine. I need to do this as well.

Re: Shift bezel

Same with mine !!! what exactly are you talking about

the bezel has 4 clips. two on the top ends and two midways to the bottom. If auto you need to put it around D or near enough so to move the shifter bezel out of the way.

Here's a how to for a manual shifter install and they don't have screws on the bezel just the shifter has bolts Yeah i know you have a auto it may give you a idea
