walking sucks!!!!!

I dropped my car off yesterday at the body shop and my roommates were either in class or at work, so I had to walk back from the body shop... over 4mi walk. Then I had to stop by my friends coffee shop and talk hours with him about starting there. So then I walk home from there too.

Then today, I had to work at the coffee shop and had to walk there because I had to be there at 12:30 and well, roommates were gone again. (don't have many friends right around here. Most are about 30min away) Luckily my roommate was able to pick me up at 10:30 tonight so I didnt have to walk home.

Tomorrow I have to be at my first job at 11:45am and have to walk there. Another 4+mi walk and so I will have to leave here at like 10am and walk to work. Then I might be able to get a ride home from a co-worker. Then at 5, I have to be at my other job, so i'll have to walk there again.

oh, and the adjuster doesnt even get there until tomorrow so then we'll see how long it takes to fix. They are estimating about 2 weeks though. Hopefully one day one of my roommates will skip a class or something and so they can take me to rent a damn car. Although I might actually finally get in better shape walking 4mi a day each way

$20/day. But I have to go to the place to get it. and if it's over $20/day, then I have to pay out of pocket the remainder.

yeah, i was thinking of rollerblading, but i didnt want to get all sweaty. Luckily my roommate over-slept this morning and didnt goto her 9am class and can give me a ride a little over an hour early. but it's still a ride.

I was even thinking of going and buying one of those yamaha mo-peds. That would be fun just for the hell of it even when ym car is back.... 70mpg. not bad

I was actually thinking about that. Do you need a motorcycle license for one though?

nope a moped license here in michigan, since you have your drivers license you should be all set, id check texas's website tho and type in moped and you should get some info, here in michigan the age is 15 to be driving a moped with a moped permit, and of course if you have your reg license you can drive with that license.
