Sick of my King Cobra clutch anyway it's old.

What do y'all think which one?

What up Wheel? I did some research on the McLeod. They look pretty dang good. High price though. They are highend too. Its a good way to go. Though I hear a lot of gripe about different clutches, I notice the McLeod cluth disk build is similar to the SPEC version I use. check out link: McLeod Racing - Stang TV Shows How to Install a RXT Twin Disc. It gives you some insight into what the cluth does for your ride. Key, for a daily driver is clutch pedal stiffness allowing you to guage the amount of clutch grip (if you may) you want engaged to begin moving the weight of your car while managing the HP ratio of the engine. I am sure you will settle somewhere into the middle ground. Patience is a real virtue when it comes to upgrading. You will suffer some losses, as you work through your upgrade. A stage 3 single disk does not sound bad for your app with a DD.

Drive it home last night.

Figured out I had a Ford Racing clutch in there, stiff as hell, hated it but it took a beating and grabbed like a b...

This McLeod is like butter and grabs just as much as the FR.

Got a little play at the pedal, gonna have to check that adj cable we put in.

Or check Azures thread on that.

This clutch is just kicking my ass.

It's making a fool out of me I've stalled the ***** 5 times and every facking start is freaking adventure.

Damn I took top honors at 2 different stunt schools and valet for 10 years not one stall or rocky start.

I'm facking pissed.

Or this is all me btw, the "breaking in the clutch" thing has me faxed in the head.

Lol that's no good. Grab n go?
I was wanted to go with the Mach2 for an upgrade. But I finally got the build sheet on my car and it doesn't list a clutch upgrade. So I'm not sure which one I'm gonna get now

Yeah grab and go, the clutch is bad ass.

I suck.

The combo of the terminator aluminum fly with super quick winds and the late release is screwing me ATM. Man that thing spins up fast.

Just went for a 20 mile ride in the low country down to this country bar where I know some people.

Blew the roof off with this badass Kenwood listening to some Pumpkins, LedZep, LinknPark Slipknot and the like via pandora on my phone.

I still rocked it backing in and the manager was outside and I just about stalled it. Lol

When we took it off the rack my boy handed me the keys and coming from a ford racing to this he said "have fun, you're gonna have to relearn how to drive your car" and him and his other buddy busted out laughing.

...and yeah like someone mentioned bluettoth with iOS 6 no longer displays any info on what's playing on radio display and the forward back buttons on the radio and radio remote no longer work. Never should have updated. Apple sucks 1/2 step forward, 3 steps back. Loll

Congrats on the clutch upgrade. How far from the floor is your pedal when it releases? Is it so dang heavy that it forces your judgment? When I installed my stage 2 SPEC (compared to yours its nothing) I had to watch out because it released about an inch from the floor, some adjustment to the clutch cable/TOB yielded some relief. Never stalled though. What stage are you running?dont think I caught it. in the threads.
