first time I have herd of this. google search didnt pop up anything either so im thinking it's an isolated issue.
You did rite checking the fuse, that would be my first stop as well. next you should look under the steering column and make sure any wiring harness connections you can see are nice and tight together. Also check all connections on the smart junction box located in the passenger kick panel. If that doesn't do It then more than likely either the on/off button or the set button probably took a dump. All of that stuff is covered under warranty so call up your dealer.
Do you have any audio controls on your steering wheel? do those still work?
