Well today the car hit the rollers to see what it is doing. It made 653whp/562wtq on a BBR email tune. Had some knock ****** but still made great power. I am seeing 14lbs of boost instead of 12 like we thought. But that is ok. The email tune is only seeing 14-17* of timing also. Then the coolant tank Paxton provides popped a tiny pin whole. So after talking to them they are sending me one over night. Once get it we will put it on and start the dyno tune. I most likely will drain the tank and swap to E85 to help with the knock ****** and be able to run more timing with this boost. This is what my tuner and a few others suggested I do.

Have you made any High RPM pulls?I know you are having to do them from a pretty good roll and not just stabbing or are you? Tell me what it's feeling like.? I put the JLT CAI and Bama tune on today. My other tune was just as good I feel.IN fact my throttle response was a little better with other tune. All in all I am happy with it.I posted a little update in the "dyno pull" thread I started, telling a bit more.

Dyno pull was done from 2500rpms all way to 6700 rpms. Still didn't do a full pull to 7500rpms cause found the leaking coolant tank and with the email tune seen some knock ******.

With you I would email bama and tell them about tune see if they can make it a little better.

I do not know that any tune is gonna do much better than the one I had and the one I am using. Is there any data I can do with this sct and get it back to them to see if all looks good?I know dyno pulls and the sheets could help some but not a option right now.
Keep us posted when you get the car perfect.I would not push it far yet.You know it will blow probably,so enjoy some runs and fun first.

You need to down load LiveLink off of SCT website. It is free. You can then data log and send them the info.

As far as the car. If E85 don't cut it we will pulley up to the stock and use it for a while. Jeff my tuner has been talking to Chris@BBR and Lund also.

Track will come after we get it dyno tuned. These numbers was on a email tune. Also waiting on a new coolant tank cause the current one has a hole in it. If we see the spark knock we was on this tune then we will be switching to E85.

Man thats intense! What s/c is it? Vortech? Also what other stuff does it have? I would assume an exhaust and a stout clutch at least? It'd probably be harmful to my health to have that much power!
I have the Paxton supercharger. It is a bigger head unit then the Vortech. So it makes more power easier with upgrading head unit.

As far as mods I have boss intake and full exhaust. I have a clutch that isn't in yet. It will go in next week when I start leave. Doing a new clutch is bad idea why doing big pulls like we are. It needs broke in first.

Well my car is idling fine and the surging is gone. Will be finishing it up next couple days. Fine tuning that is. This is with the stock MAF and still using the blow through set up. We have help from Jon Lund. Can't thank him enough. We did also take the 80lb injectors out and put a set of evo's 75lb injectors in that chuck gave me a great deal on.

I will contact BBR to get the Pro-m maf sent back since it is bad for one and since it is not needed. I also have everything to switch to draw through if needed later when I turn up boost and not have to worry about stock maf pegging.

That is me being mad

Well some great news and some bad news. Idle/drive ability is perfect now with some help Jon Lund. But now I have another F***King issue. A head gasket popped. We think it was from the BBR tune that went lean. We noticed it a about a week ago but with holidays and everything we finally confirmed it today about a an hour or so ago. I am going up to LateModelRestoration to get the parts to fix head gasket and get it running full steam again. When do that will drop tranny and do the upgraded clutch also.
