Yah engine enamel and caliper paint are the best as they are high temp paints...they won't flake and peel due to the heat dispersion from braking.

The most common colors - black, red, yellow, grey, blue etc. are available in these paints...as said just go to an auto parts store. Make sure you clean them off real good before painting, use a wire brush to remove the grime and dust. Also, a coat or 2 of clear will make them pop more, so it might be worth it to pick up a can of clear enamel too.

Believe it or not I used Sonic Blue touch up paint on my calipers lol. 1 toothpick, 2 foam brushes and a handful of Q-tips and they were done...everyone told me that paint wouldn't last, it'd flake off after a month...sh*t's still on there and it'll be 2 years this june :D

Mine's ~2" in the front and 1.8" in the rear.

For a drop like mine and Venomouz's you'll probably want to get new shocks/struts and cc plates. Technically you can most likely bring the suspension geometry back to stock specs with the stock plates but the adjustable aftermarket ones are much nicer and easier to work with.

Be Extremely carefull of "Spray Paint". Paint fumes float around in the Air, and you don't seem them right away but they get all over your car.
Very true...just remember to cover the entire area from the fender well to the fender, bumper, doorskin and windows. We did that on my buddy's GT and sprayed his calipers with spray paint...no overspray problems. Just take your time and prep accordingly.

Mine was done with yellow engine enamel paint. Well over a year has passed and no issues with chipping or anything.
This and painting my bezel and stuff inside yellow will be next project. So many custom things I can do to make my ride look spiffy, I love this forum!
