whats wrong with the idle when you start it.it may idle a little high untill its warmed up.that would be normal.

where are leaks coming from?on the power steering pump if its the case it maybe repairable with some epoxy.but also the price of a remanufactured unit is pretty cheap on places like summit racing.i think i paid 50-60$. if its the hose just try tightening it or picking up a new one from your local auto parts store.

the oil leak we need to know where its coming from.if its hard to tell, clean all the wet/oily areas really good with some degreaser and keep a close eye on it.the cleaning will help see where its coming from.

Well the oil I'll look for but I've lost power in first I burn rubber while shifting to second it won't , and the smudge is dat from the oil or wut anyways I'll also check on the power steering hose

Check your EGR valve make sure it is working and it probably needs to be cleaned even if it is working.
Check for any vacuum leaks in the EGR and what it is connected to.

I would suspect a fuel delivery or timing issue.
You should check your fuel pressure, at idle, with the vacuum line disconnected and plugged.
It should be in the 38-40 psi range.
Also check your timing, stock is 10 degrees BTDC.
Advancing it will get you some power, but don't go so far that it detonates as that could destroy your engine. 12-16 degrees is the normal advance range. Advance 2 degrees at a time and test drive, if you hear pinging or rattling back it off a degree or two and lock it in there.
Don't forget to replace the spout connector when you have finished each time.
