This looks great! I am planning on doing the same exact thing to mine. Im wondering, what paint did you use and did you have to special order it? I cant seem to find the right color at autozone.

Well a lot of it is I just did HCI then while was waiting on parts I cleaned all the wires/hoses etc on the aluminum cover I cleaned it with eagle ones mag wheel cleaner doesn't look as good in pics cause I just sprayed it down and the aluminum still is wet but looks new when it's dry

Oh ok got you. And how long did the job take to do the covers including taking them off and painting them and puttin them back on

That looks really good. I was just looking at how to remove the valve covers to do this. Looks really easy.

How did you prep the valve covers? Did you clear coat them?

Yea, Im gonna clear coat it. Looks great tho! Especially with the Accufab plenum and that chrome piece above the alternator. Love it!
