Struts are in the front and those take a bit of time. If you have an impact wrench ($30-$100 average), then you can get it done pretty quick. It is 3 bolts on each one and just make sure to have 2-3 jacks to make it easy. The shocks are in the rear and are fairly easy. Just drop the live axle by undoing the bottom bolt of the shock then find the top bolt and its out.
