it's actually used by chevy, ford, and dodge if we get down to the basics of hash marks. however dodge seeing how they needed to revamp their image decided to make it their logo for everything but the ram series. i have hash marks and i love them

@op i had lemans stripes on my old stang. sorry no pics of it since back then i didn't care to even snap pics of it (highschool was a weird time lol). to me they look ok, but you already have rocker stripes so just remember don't over kill the car with vinyl. if you go lemans stripes i'd pull the rocker ones off :good:

I love both my rocker and dual stripes but both are thinner and not super thick.

I'm planning to put mine on this weekend, How did you get yours to line up perfectly on each side? I'm afraid to end up putting them on and one being off by a few inches on one side, compared to the other

use some masking tape to lay one out still on the backing paper...then guess on the other side and tape it. now step to the front and adjust the 2nd side as needed...just pop back and forth till you think you have it where you want it.

when laying them use a spray bottle of soapy water...that'll help you shift the vinyls as you work so they just wont stick right off the back...then use a credit card or something like it so you can press the air bubbles out...and yes some will not come out. a few days of being under the sun should cure them, but if not a poke from a needle will let the air out

Vinyl right? If so, if you use a hair dryer, and blow hot ait on part of it for 10 seconds, you should be able to peel it right up, and move down the decal. I did the same with my inserts. they left a little outline, but it was just some type of residue or something that i had no troubles just wiping of with my fingers

Thanks! And how long did it take to do each side....
