Hey guys, my ac keeps dripping water every time its on. How should I go about this? Any suggestions? Thx
Its dripping on the inside on the carpet. Actually, it doesn't really drip ...it kind of just runs out :/JDF said:It's condensation, it's just a byproduct of running the A/C system
Maybe you have a hose leaking? I have never really heard of that happening before.Jinielle said:Its dripping on the inside on the carpet. Actually, it doesn't really drip ...it kind of just runs out :/
Oh okay. Well thanks anywaysJDF said:Maybe you have a hose leaking? I have never really heard of that happening before.
The moment I turn on mine, it starts leaking. Really annoying :/Ryan7racin said:Mine does the same thing after awhile of running.
Ohh okay.Ryan7racin said:Mine doesn't do that if mine runs for 2-3 hours it will drip a drop or 2
Next time you run the A/C, pop the hood and look at the two lines going into your firewall on the passenger side, see if it is leaking around that area or if it's just doing it in the interiorJinielle said:Oh okay. Well thanks anyways

Oh okay. You should've broken his jaw. LolMfore33 said:That happened to me when I bought a 04 SVT Focus and I had 2 inches o water in the passenger floorboard. Dealer told me it was normal. I told him to find me another rep before I broke his jaw. Turns out the lines that run into the firewall were never insulated and condensation ran into the cabin.
