So everytime I hit the throttle to the floor and my car shifts it makes my rear end do like a mini fish tail. One time when I did it it almost sent me off the road. I have brand new tires and all and still when it shifts at WOT it gets squirrelly on me. I'm just wondering if this is normal for what's done to the car or if its something being off.
The car only has a CAI, 3.73 gears, O/R prochamber, 70mm throttle body an upper plenum and a Bama performance tune.
Haha that's the power of torque right there!! Between your tune and upgrades the car has enough power to break the tires loose on you. Bama's tune ups the shift pressure and firmness in your transmission (automatic right?) That added harshness also combines to help spin the tires on your shifts.
Yeah I figured that's what it might be lol it scared me the first time cause I hit it down a lil hard to get up to speed to see how my mods were and the road was a lil damp
Lol mine just has x pipes with no cats and no other mods and still does that with the traction control on. Lol mustangs throw dirt on everything. Hahaha
You mite wanna check your rear control arm bushings on my 99gt when they went bad everytime I hit the gas the car swayed real bad like a sway bar end like was bad
