depends on the driver...it's not enough of a power difference between the two to cause a big gap, but the bullit can edge out a standard GT if the driver is better.
Bullitts have an upgraded intake, and make about 10hp/tq more than GTs. It pretty much uses the same CAIs as the 96-98 Cobra. It is still a SOHC 2v though.

And the intake allows the Bullitt to have a better torque curve overall. It's able to use pretty much peak torque at 2k rpms
