Well the 4:10 will be killer for acceleration lol 5speed or auto? And next I would work on getting a good exhaust set up such as long tubes if your looking to gain some power and delete the cats.

Get the 5.0 for sure iv drove a stock sn95 an a stock 2002 an there is one thing I noticed the 4.6l had about half as much low end torque then the 5.0s an with a h/c/I alot faster then any 4.6l iv been in...
95 has more TQ but less hp by a ton.... and a much lower power band. Its CRAZY driving a stock 5.0 and how small the powerband is (they dont rev to high)
I would say for the money the 95 5.0 is a better choice to make power, but the 2000 is much newer, I just try to avoid 2v 4.6L's if possible~
I know two 95 mustangs. One being a cobra with full exhaust. Other just a 5.0 with $4000 in the motor hci full exhaust 3.73s. And I'm not gonna post s out what went down pm if you wanna know/video. But I wasn't impressed. Especially for mind being basically stock.
