My engine has seemed to be working extra hard and almost shaking at idle. The idle is normal 650 but it almost feels like its cammed cause the car shakes and its worrying me. Anyone have any clue what it could be?? Please help anything helps.

Check your fittings on your CAI. One of mine came loose once and the tube slid out enough to suck extra un-metered air and my idle did something like your Mustang is doing.

Maybe you got some 'bad' gas?

My car vibrates all the time, you said something about pype bombs so if you modded your exhaust that's the pipes being so close to the bumpers/undercarriage.

My car always vibrates at those RPMs until I give it some gas which tweaks the exhaust a bit away from the bumper. Metal shrinks and expands so.

My boyfriends BMW does it as well, he saw his exhaust tip a bit low so he had it pulled up, now he complains it shudders as much as mine while idling. Poor luxury boy

When I put my intake in it was rattlin too, be sure to bolt it down as much as you can without blockage. Some 3M or block caging is good.

Check spark plug gapping. Timing can cause odd idle. Sucking in too much air will throw a CE light... Timing might not do that. Did he power wash his engine? Suck in water in his CAI? The exhaust won't cause a rattle that will vibrate a car. It would just be a rattle.

Don't just check a couple, Charlie. If a single one is off by even .01, it could cause a rough idle. Unlikely at that small of a gap, but it could. And if one is off by more, it most likely will cause misfiring issues. So, I'd check all and make sure they're all good, just to be sure.

If this happened after the CAI install, then remove it and reinstall the stock air box. If the problem goes away, you have the culprit. Once removed, inspect the CAI kit carefully for any cracks in the plastic, any fittings you did not connect properly (the automatics have one additional tube that connects to the intake tube), and check the rubber couplers.

Who is the manufacturer of the CAI?

Why are you removing spark plugs when it ran fine PRIOR to the CAI install? Rule out the CAI first. Doesn't make sense that the plugs are gapped wrong from the factory if the engine ran fine prior to a CAI install.

What the heck; check the air in the tires too. Maybe they are low, causing a thump thump noise that's translating to a harmonic that's being picked up by the MAF sensor, causing the CPU to readjust the fuel pressure to the fuel rails, forcing a lean mixture!

Keep it simple; start with the last item that was installed when the symptoms occured. Suspect that item.
