Go ask in the v6 section. They're the ones that will have done the swap and have better information.
Off the too of my head:
Motor
ECU
new harnesses
ABS module
TC module
New motor mounts
Probably new K member depending on what you have right now. I don't know what the v6 came with.
Much more that I can't think of
You will need a GT harness, ECM/CCRM as well as harness to ECM. 4.6L, if your going 5 spd that will be the easiest. The read end should be upped to an 8.8. are you looking 2v or 4v
K member is the same, new gt mounts, also you will need the hydroboost brake system as the power air booster will not work with the 4.6L
What he says is true but will be a lot more expensive. Im in the process of doing the swap for a coyote and is **** expensive. That is why I have the 2v and pcu available with stock kmember and steeda springs if anyone is interested.
No real point in swapping in a 2v 4.6 might as well just buy a GT at that point you can find them for 6-8k which I can assume equals or is slightly less costly then a swap depending if you do the work yourself or not.
Which is why im not doing it, im saving for a 03-04 cobra
