Any neat, clean way. Just sprayed fresh paint. I was thinking that the sawzal would be to aggressive. I'll try the angle grinder. Still seems a little big.
When I did mine we unbolted the door, only three bolts if I remember correctly on the hinge. Then we had more clearance for the angle grinder. It can be close depending on the size disk your using.
I'm about to do this to the driver's side. Going to just remove the whole door and then go in with whatever will fit to cut the pin. I have a new pin kit, need to get rid of this sag...
You should be able to get a flat head screwdriver under one of the pin lips and hammer it out. That's what I did to mine the other week. Took 20 minutes for both doors and no cutting needed
