Is it possible to find a 03/04 cobra for just over 14k

The only way you will find them in that price range is high miles or the owner needs $$$ tomorrow or go to jail/bookie has his legs broken.

$18k-$20k for 75k or so mile ones, $22-$24k for low mileage garage kept ones. And at the $22-$24k range, you have to start asking yourself if you'd rather have a Termi or a Coyote.

You CAN find Machs and 05-09s with low miles in the $14k price range though.

Depends on condition. There's one in my area for $9,500. 160,XXX miles and a salvage title, but all the numbers match up, it's a real headache. View attachment 152873
Fixed

As others have said I've seen them in the 14-16 range for ones with average daily driven miles. But expect to pay 19-24 for one that was more of a weekend toy with lower miles.
Yep pretty much. Honestly I've seen some VERY nice 03/04 2V cars with like 20k miles going for under $10k on autotrader recently. That would be the thing to get into IMHO if you want a new edge with low miles and don't have a ton of $$. Also if you prefer an auto for DD or drag racing and want that body style you are pretty much stuck looking at GTs unless you can find a very very rare automatic Mach... And then you are going to want the 04 model year specifically either way since those got the built autos right from the factory.

Don't buy a salvage/rebuilt car unless you are getting it for less than half of what its worth. Even then, that would be something you'd want to get for under $10k to swap into a Bullitt or something.
