Installing Panhard Bar

Looks like my driver side wheel is slightly shifted outward after lowering my car. Im looking into an adjustable panhard bar, probably bmr.

My question is, does the car need to be jacked up to remove and install the new panhard bar? Or can this be done with the car on the floor? The way my carport is, I have a steep slope on one end...I was able to install the Roush chin no problem without jacking it up. Can I do the same for the panhard?

I ordered a Scott Drake bar from Summit Racing on the 15th but haven't gotten any shipping notification yet, just says, "processing". I ordered LCA brackets same day from LMR and they were at the door in 4 days.

Just found out that Scott Drake doesn't make a pan hard rod for 11-14 Stangs. Just cancelled with Summit.
